Protection of your information is our number one priority. A professional home inventory can only provide piece of mind if you can be sure your documentation is 100% secure. Our services are only as good as our guarantee that is why we provide a written guarantee of security at the time of service.

The following steps insure your information will never be used against you.

• No inventory documentation is compiled or stored on computers with internet or network connections. Your inventory is never subject to computer hacking or stored on the internet.
• Once the customer and secured copy materials have been completed all computer resident files of the documentation are deleted.
• Completed inventories are assigned a numeric value and do not contain the personal information of the client. Documentation is provided separately that contains the information of the inventory owner.
• External photography of the property is contained in the inventory owner documentation (see above). There is no way to match the internal inventory to a home address or picture.
• All releases of inventory information require a signed release statement from the inventory owner or those given power of attorney to do so.
• Secured copies of inventories are stored off company property in a legal office vault or safety deposit box.

It is the clients responsibility to secure any documentation released for police or insurance companies once the documentation is no longer needed. Garap Industries does not collect and secure documentation that has been released.
